Pamela Samuels Young is an NAACP Image Award-winning author of seven fast-paced thrillers. She balances her passion for writing while working as Managing Counsel for Labor and Employment Law for Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. Pamela was named a Leading Deputy General Counsel by the Los Angeles Daily Journal and serves on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles chapter of Sisters in Crime, an organization dedicated to the advancement of women mystery writers. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley's School of Law, Northwestern University and the University of Southern California. Pamela began her legal career with O'Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles and previously worked as a news writer and associate produce at KCBS-TV in Los Angeles and WXYZ-TV in Detroit. She was also an adjunct professor at the University of Redlands School of Business.
